Online mastering has taken off in recent years as a very quick and cheap way to get your tracks sounding as huge as any act you can hear on the radio today. Not all online mastering services are created equal however. Many online services are done because compressing a final mix to bring the overall volume up and a perceived change in volume usually tricks our ears into making us think that Louder = Better. Irrespective of the negative artifacts that square wave distortion and digital clipping can bring to your music. Here at The Chairworks, we have specially designed and acoustically treated rooms with high end monitoring systems designed to be able to accurately reproduce ALL the frequencies of your music accurately. we will accept as one track, one Stereo audio file up to 96khz, maximum length six minutes, if you have anything surplus to requirements just get in touch and we will see what we can do.
