David has achieved #1 as a producer and mix engineer on the UK album chart, as well as UK Top 40 singles success. He has engineered a number of top 5 UK albums for the likes of the Kaiser Chiefs, Richard Hawley ​as well as mixing #2 albums for Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott, as well as OMD.

2023 has brought David more chart success with The Reytons, producing & mixing their 2nd album - What's Rock and Roll?, which land the #1 spot in the Official UK Album Chart. David also mixed several tracks on the new Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark album (Bauhaus Staircase), which entered the album chart at #2.

Several tracks David has produced/mixed have achieved national radio playlisting on stations such as BBC Radio 1 & 2, Radio X and Absolute Radio.
